From the Beltway:

• From I-495 (Capital Beltway) take Exit 31B, Route 97 South/Georgia Avenue towards Silver Spring.
• Follow Georgia Avenue south for about 1 mile until you enter Silver Spring’s business district.
• 8757 Georgia Avenue is on the left side of Georgia Avenue next to the Holiday Inn.

From the District:

• From New York Avenue, take 7th Street North, which turns into Georgia Avenue.
• From 16th Street traveling north, turn right onto Spring Street just after you enter Silver Spring, then turn right onto Georgia Avenue.

Public Parking Options:

• Traveling south on Georgia Avenue, turn right onto Fenwick Lane (across from 8757 Georgia Avenue) and enter Public Parking Garage 7. Take a ticket to park. The rates are 25¢ for the first hour, 25¢ for the second hour, and 50¢ for each hour after that.
• Traveling south on Georgia Avenue, turn left on Spring Street one block before the building. Turn right onto Cameron street, then right onto Fenton Street to enter Public Parking Garage 2. Take the stairwell in the back of the garage to the ground floor and enter the back door of the Holiday Inn. Follow the hotel corridor and exit the building onto Georgia Avenue. 8757 is the first building to the left. This garage has short-term and long-term meters that accept coins at 40¢ an hour.

Taking Metrorail:

• Take the Red Line to the Silver Spring stop. Exit the Metro station at the north side, Colesville Road exit. Immediately after exiting the Metro station, take the escalator to the left and go up.
• Continue walking up the steps through the plaza to the street and turn left onto Second Avenue.
• Turn right onto Cameron Street. Cross Georgia Avenue.
• Turn left on Georgia Avenue.
• 8757 Georgia Avenue is the 2nd building on the right.
