About the Interoperability Working Group (IWG)

To ensure standardization and the potential for sharing raw and processed proteomics information among the various Proteomics Research Center (PRC) sites, other institutions, and the public, the Administrative Center has established an Interoperability Working Group (IWG) comprised of Administrative Center database administrators and representatives from each PRC site. This group will initiate the development of common data exchange and storage formats.
