Objective:

Develop methods to build high density protein microarrays and use them to screen for immunodominant antigens in the humoral response as a way to predict proteins for vaccine development. Deliver a list of proteins that frequently induce a humoral response in patients infected with these pathogens and develop global methods to identify proteins that trigger the innate immune response.
