Document global B. anthracis protein and gene expression patterns at vital stages of the anthrax infection. Document global host cell protein and gene expression patterns during infection. Validate lead candidates.

The custom B. anthracis microarrays are available for research purposes from Affymetrix with permission from the developers. Further information can be obtained by contacting Dr. Philip C. Hanna. The array design in MAGE-ML format is freely available.
