NOW! First publicly accessible installment of Data from NIAID Proteomics Research Centers is available through the Project Catalog

The Biodefense Proteomics Catalog is a searchable catalog of data generated by the Proteomics Research Centers and available to the community. This central information source allows users to view data from each center's research, including organism studied, datatype, experimental data and protocols, identified proteins and complete proteomes, and visualization tools. This newly released version of the catalog contains information and links to available V. cholerae clones, multiple SARS protein structures, and information on differentially expressed murine macrophage genes in response to B. anthracis infection.

The catalog will be continually populated through the life of the Proteomics Program (2009). Please view our summary page for more information.
