Throughout the last decade plastic and beauty surgery has become more and more popular, not only among VIPs and celebrities, but also among lots of normal people. Plastic surgery has become a profitable market. Therefore, it is unnecessary to mention that research on this field of operations has been made excessively and is still ongoing. Whether it is about the process of enlarging breasts or about perfecting a nose, everything has to be done in a perfect way so that the patient doesn’t have to suffer too much from the operation and the process of healing. Especially a breast augmentation, in German “Brustvergrößerung” might be very painful. Due to this, researchers and plastic surgeons have to do their best to find a method which enables to do plastic surgery free of pain for the patient.

Development in plastic surgery and operations

However, they did their best over the last years and found some great ways for patients to get their dream body with less pain than they might have had to undertake some years before. Especially the topic silicone implant has always been a highly discussed thing. Nowadays more and more plastic surgeons use the method of transplanting the body’s own fat as an alternative to the well known silicone implants. Nevertheless, data about the long term development are still to come. Therefore, no statement can be made on the success of these transplantations. That means for patients to remain patient.

Beauty surgeries and breast augmentation

For people who are looking for the most suitable plastic surgeon and the best plastic surgery all over the world it might be a very good advice to do a little research in the internet. Here they can find a lot of great opportunities and the best surgeons. Most of whom offer not only nose jobs, but also breast augmentation or breast lifts. Patients should never forget that something like that is a medical intervention. Good information on this topic can be found on the internet by typing “breast augmentation” or in German “Brustvergrößerung” in the search box of one of the search engines.

On earth there are a few locations with varied but extreme living conditions. So extreme that there is very little or no form of life what so ever. Deserts are a good example, they reach unbearably high temperatures during the day, and extreme cold temperatures at night. These kinds of environements are very difficult to live in. For a start there is very little water and every animal and human needs water to survive. So only very resistant creatures actually live there. And they need to withstand both extremes, the heat and the cold. Some deserts are so hot, that there is no form of life what so ever, no birds, no snakes, no insects no biologial living organisme, not even bacterias. One of these locations is in Iran, in the Lut desert, due to it’s black rock which previously used to be lave it absorbs even more the sun and is therefore even hotter, it is in that desert that the highest temperatures have been recorded on earth. The second most hottest place in the world is well known, it is the Death Valley in California in the United States. It is expected that due to global warming the temperatures in such area’s will keep rising.

Other extreme locations are for example the south and north pole, or certain mountains. Where the temperatures are so low and so is the oxygene level that living beings cannot survive there without equippement. Therefore there is no life. The coldest area’s of the south pole with strong winds can reach a maximum of -80° Celcius, which is enormous. In such conditions water freeze’s nearly instantly. Even polar bears which are known to be very resistant in cold temperatures, do not live in such area’s. Althought it might be due to the fact that there is no prey to feed on.

Pollen is a powder containing “microgametophytes” of plant seeds. Plants reproduce with pollen. It is transmitted from plant to plant with the wind, or with insects such as bee’s which fly on flowers. Someone people are allergic to pollen, just like some people are allergic to carrotes. There is something in the body which does not accept the substance and then starts allergic reactions. The most commun reactions for pollen allergy are blood shot eyes and itchiness of the eyes, sneezing and very runny nose, migraines, irritations and asthma. The asthma can be very serious and in some cases it can inflame the throat and prevent from breathing. Pollen allergy is communly called Hay fever.

This allergy can be really annoying for those who suffer from it. Because it always occures in spring when the plants and trees blossom. Spring is the exam periode in university and many other schools. It is a periode where you need to be able to concentrate. Having migraines does not help at all. Also having to blow your nose and having irritated eyes can be distracting.

There exists several medications for this allergy, but they are not always effectiv and you need to buy them every year. There is a treatment which is a disensibilisation process, the objectiv is to get the body to finally accept pollen and stop the allergy. This treatment consitst on monthly pollen injections for over several years. This slowly gets the body used to the substance. Because there are many different pollens, the first step is to find out which one is causing the allergy. The doctors then prick you with needles with every sort of pollen on and see to which one you react. Then they know which one is needed for the treatment. Once the injection has been done the doctors needs to check that no sever allergic reaction occur, therefore the patient has to wait a while before he can leave.

A commun biologial and chemestry experient is wine distillation. It is not very complicated and there is no need for too much high-tech equipement. The objectiv is to distillate the wine. The definition of distillating is “Vaporisation of a liquid and subsequent condensation of the resultant gas back to liquid form”. It is used to get a higher percentage of alcohol in a liquide

To start the experiment you need wine, to avoid buying expensive wine just by the cheap cooking redwine. Then you will need to heat up the wine, so that it boils and starts to evaporate. However the objectiv is to separte some the water from the alcohol in the wine. Alcohol and water have different evaporation temperatures. The evaporation temperature of water is 100° Celcius and alcohol is 70°. Heat the wine at only 100° so that the water evaporates. The vapers must be capured into a tube, which is externaly cooled down with a water system. When the water vapers touch the cold tube it will liquify. Direct that liquide to another reciepient and collect the water. This process must be done long enough for a lot of water to evaporate. You can continue this process until all the water has evaported, if so then you can check that you have a nearly 100% alcohol, to do so you can light it with a match. If the alcohol is in a high percentage it will burn.

This experiement is interessant to understand evaporation and condensation processes. As well as the different propreties of different substances. Such as different evaporation temperatures. It is a process also used by professional wine makers to change the alcohol percentage. However this needs a lot of experience to get the correct doses and there are legal restrictions and regulations concerning alcohol percentage which must be respected.

Wine is one of the most commun alcoholic drink and one of the most widely appreciated around the world. It is made in many countrys and there are many different tastes and sorts. Despite it being so known, not many people actually know how wine is done. They might have a wague idea of the process but do not know or fully understand the principal. It is actually a quite simple method which involves natural biological and chemical processes.

First of all the grapes need to be picked at the right time of the year, because the amout of sun alters the amount of sugar contained in the fruit therefore the taste. Once collected the stems and leaves will be seperated from the grapes. Then they will be pressed into a giant container. Some yeast will be added and the fermentation process will start. The suger contained in the grapes will be transformed into alcohol. The reaction is then stopped when the wanted amount of alcohol is achieved. The taste will change depending on the length of the fermentation process. The shorter it is the more the wine will have a sweet taste, because their is still a lot of sugar. On the other hand if you let the jus ferment longer the wine will have a higher alcohol percentage.

To obtain rose the skin of the grapes are removed immediately when pressed. With the red wine once pressed the grapes are left with the skin and the color then comes from the skin. Rose is often a sweet win, therefore it is fermented for a shorter periode as red wine. Dark red grapes are used to produce red and rose wine. The white grapes are used for white wine, but other than that the process is identical. Wine is an excellent beverrage to have with most cooked meals.

The human body needs a lot of different food to function correctly and to stay healthy. One important element is protein, muscles need protein in order to grow, rebuild or heal. When you do bodybuilding or serious fitness and want to put on muscular weight you will have a bigger need of protein than the average person. What happens when you work out and do heavy exercices is that you muscle will tear itself slightly because it is being used for intense and short efforts. Then when it rests it will repair itself, and because it knows it was not big enough to do that price exercice, it will grow a bit, in order to be able to do that same effort without it tearing. Then when you do the exercice again then same process will happen and thats how basically you gain muscle. However when you exercice you should avoid doing the same muscle group two days in a row, because they will not have entirely recovered. You need to wait for them to rebuild before you can train them again. Otherwise you will simply work an already weak muscle and not help it heal.

For your muscle to be able to rebuild as quickly as possible you must eat lot of proteins. Therefore you need a good diet, at breakfast you can eat some bacon or ham. Then at lunch time you should have quite a big portion, and the same in the evening. The best food for protein is fish, although it is expensive and not everyone likes fish, the best alternative would then be chiken and turkey. Both meats contain a lot of protein and little fat. If you do sport you would tend to avoid very fat full meats such as salami. Protein supplements can also be found in fitness shops. Bodybuilders take a lot of these supplements as you cannot eat enough meat in a day to overcome the protein intake need. Although such supplements must not replace meals, because you would then miss key nutritious elements which can only be found in food. Taking these supplements help recover quicker, as the muscle will have more proteins.

However not every body is the same, and not every one will react differently, some will put on a lot of muscle with such methods, and others will hardly see the difference. It all depends on how your biological mechanism is.
